Individual: Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
Couples Counselling: Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
Longer duration's can be arranged.

Fees to be paid in full at the end of each appointment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon.
48 hour cancellation policy in place. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice the session will be charged for.
Some extended health plans may cover part or all of the cost of counselling. Please contact your plan administrator for relevant information and reimbursements.
